Everyone Has Their Own Story.
The Lutheran Community at Telford in Bucks County, PA, is filled with smiles, stories and tranquility.
Every resident has a story; hear how friendship, family and faith intertwine to create an independent living lifestyle that can surpass expectations…
Little did I know when I attended the initial ‘open house’ of LCT in May 1963 that I would be a resident 53 years later. My apartment at the meadows quickly became my new home when I moved in this spring. The staff and residents have added to that sense of welcome with their friendliness. I love it here!

It is said that people live healthier lives when embraced within a community. We have felt embraced by residents and staff of LCT. We love our cottage and have felt at home from day one. Even though we are younger (chronologically) than other members of the community, we agree with the statement we have heard often, “we didn’t move too soon.” We are blessed with ‘peace of mind’ for the present and the future for both of us and our children. Plus, we really like the ‘walkability’ of living here.

We are relatively new residents to the Lutheran Community at Telford. From the first day we found our neighbors to be accepting and welcoming to us. We have felt at home and said to each other, “Why didn’t we do this earlier?” Residents are kind, caring, thoughtful, and we have made many new friends. The entire staff works together to create a safe and pleasant living environment. Everyone is considerate and helpful. We are very happy in our new home!
