The Meadows offers 50, one and two bedroom apartments and 34 spacious twin cottages. Our apartments and cottages are truly something special, offering the latest amenities, including well-planned kitchens, porches, patios, garages, a fitness center and more. Imagine a lifestyle that gives you freedom to enjoy your family and hobbies without the worry of home maintenance or future health needs.
Included in an apartment resident's monthly fee are all utilities (except telephone), housekeeping, linen services, cable TV, one meal a day, full maintenance, emergency call system and parking.
Included in a cottage resident's monthly fee are all inside and outside maintenance, water, sewer and taxes. Utilities are at an additional cost (electric, gas, phone and cable.) Meals are available at an extra fee in any of our Lutheran Community dining rooms and our Café.
