Lutheran Community at Telford
...come celebrate life with us!

About Us

The Lutheran Community at Telford is a continuing care retirement community on 35 acres in Telford Borough and West Rockhill Township in beautiful Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Our campus features three residential living buildings: the Luther Village Administration Building, Harbinger Terrace and the Meadows. The community also offers Luther Village duplexes and Church Ave. apartments. The Meadows twin cottages with sunroom or patio offer spacious two bedroom living.

The Healthcare Center is located between the Luther Village and Harbinger Terrace buildings and offers Personal Care and Skilled Nursing.

In keeping with it's mission, the Lutheran Community at Telford is replacing it's current skilled nursing unit with a state-of-the-art healthcare center. It will offer a 75 bed, person-centered, skilled nursing unit, as well as a secure 23 bed memory support unit.
